Scorpions and Virgoes compatibility

Scorpio and Virgo. Water and Earth. A beautiful relationship, with good chances to succeed, but not exactly easy.

Scorpio charms Virgo, incites him/her and makes him/her curious: you are the one stirring this Mercury sign, revealing secret theories to him/her. And with Virgo's well-known passion for intellectual activities, the attraction will not only be immediate, but also lasting.

Above all, remember that Virgo is NOT mean or malicious. This is just the way (s)he is. A relationship with Virgo will be full of surprises for you. Both pleasant, because Virgo is able to understand you and offer you the stability and safety you need, and unpleasant, because Virgo is not capable of reaching the emotional, passionate depths where you live your love life. And once again, pay attention to jealousy outbursts, both of you, because it's a crucial aspect of your relationship although it may not seem like that at the beginning. Somebody has to give in, could you do it, this time?

If you didn't meet your Virgo in some educational institution, it means you got lucky. Because this sunsign, governed by Mercury (the planet of reason, of perception) is generally inclined towards study. The stranger and the more difficult an issue is, or the more meticulosity it requires, the more chances you have to find a Virgo in the area.

You'll recognize a Virgo at a distance: (s)he is stranger and (s)he leaps to the eyes. But the fact that Virgo is very pleasant attracts you to him/her. Just like that. That's what you find attractive, although you should not forget that beneath Virgo's cheerful and apparently extrovert nature, there is often a native full of complexes and reserve, that holds him/her back from keeping up with your expansive character: Virgo doesn't really understand what the big deal is and why you bother so much.

You are both committed to home and family and you are comfortable in the same places (at home or around people that you know very well), you are both careful as regards money, so there shouldn't be any problems in the day-to-day life. In fact, there are so many things you have in common that the small differences should be regarded as the flavour of the relationship rather than as serious obstacles.

Scorpio likes being in control in a relationship, and Virgo is willing to give in. An important aspect to you, which will make you accept many peculiarities this native has. Reserved by nature, Virgo loses his/her head around a Scorpio that knows how to display his/her mysterious aura. And once the relationship becomes stabile, you'll feel protected, wanted, listened to and especially safe.

Virgo is very talkative (Mercury, a.k.a. Hermes, is the God of communication), which will often confuse you, because you are different. Virgo is also very critical, but never out of malice; (s)he just wants what's best for you, so listen to his/her commentaries and don't forget (s)he is well-known for his/her sharp analysis. Moreover, your Virgo will lend you some optimism to encourage you.

Sexually, you are good for each other. Water and Earth combine very well in bed, because they interpenetrate. Virgo is rather reserved and (s)he needs time to be at ease, but, with a little patience, you'll get over this incipient phase of your relationship. Anyway, it is not the kind of relationship to start with sex rounds on the kitchen table. They come later with a Virgo, maybe even several months after the first date.

So, is it worth it? Attention to jealousy. As for the rest, good luck!

Gunjan

The drop dead Gorgeous Model , who played a small role in FANAA , and is now one of the main leads in the hit youth Serial Miley Jab Hum Tum tat airs on Star One.

Model Sanaya Irani, had earlier done an episodic for SAB TV’s Left Right Left, has now bagged a permanent role in the show. The drop-dead gorgeous model is among the seven new cadets at Left Right Left’s Kanchenjunga Military Academy (KMA).

Sanaya plays the role of Samira Shroff, whose father is a local minister. In her early stint with LRL, Samira was rescued from the goons by the previous batch of cadets. Drawing inspiration from their heroics, Samira enrolls herself into KMA. Besides, it’s her burning desire to do something for the country that makes her choose this field.

Doesn’t the model turned actress risk spoiling her complexion by working in adverse conditions? Sanaya replies, “No, I find it thrilling. After all, what else would a youngster want? I’m still young and years ahead of doing saas-bahu roles where you’ll be burdened with excess make-up. I’m getting to play my age. Plus, there’s lot of adventure. If you are pretty then you’ll look good without make-up too.”

A pretty cadet isn’t a common sight. Is Sanaya setting a new trend? “No, I wouldn’t like to set any such trend. My character believed in joining KMA. I too was keen on doing it. Agreed that I may not look all that pretty wearing a uniform, rolling in the mud, but it’s worth the effort.”

Sanaya has been a regular face on TV ads but she also had the privilege in working along side Aamir Khan and Kajol in the super hit film Fanaa. (She played Kajol’s friend ‘Bebo’.) After making her debut in a big film, why did she resort to television?

The pretty actress quips, “That was just a small role. True, that Fanaa gave me the necessary exposure but never did I think that this could be my stepping stone to Bollywood. The opportunity to work alongside Aamir, Kajol (plus it was a Yashraj film) was too tempting and there was no way any newcomer would have refused it.”

Young Sanaya sure knows that opportunity knocks just once.

Her role is Gunjan in Miley Jab Hum Tum is more subtle

Sanaya has also made some advertisements one of those is of Dabur Honey with Amithabh Bachhan

She is with no doubt One of the best actresses on small screen.

SECRET 30

Early one morning, an old man was standing on the beach throwing back starfish that had washed ashore in the night. The man was weak and very old. Each throw took a little more energy out the man, but he kept on throwing. The beach was covered so you could hardly take a step and not find another dying starfish. A young man approached the shoreline and asked the old man what he was doing. He replied “I’m making a difference.” The young man looked around and laughed “A difference? There are probably a million starfish on this beach, you can’t possibly think you will make a difference. The old man picked up another starfish and said “It makes a difference to this one...” and threw back into the sea.

Obama's Acceptance speech

The following is the transcript of Senator Barack Obama's acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, as recorded by CQ Transcriptions.

OBAMA: Thank you so much.

(APPLAUSE)

Thank you very much.

(APPLAUSE)

Thank you, everybody.

To -- to Chairman Dean and my great friend Dick Durbin, and to all my fellow citizens of this great nation, with profound gratitude and great humility, I accept your nomination for presidency of the United States.

(APPLAUSE)

Let me -- let me express -- let me express my thanks to the historic slate of candidates who accompanied me on this journey, and especially the one who traveled the farthest, a champion for working Americans and an inspiration to my daughters and to yours, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

(APPLAUSE)

To President Clinton, to President Bill Clinton, who made last night the case for change as only he can make it...

(APPLAUSE)

... to Ted Kennedy, who embodies the spirit of service...

(APPLAUSE)

... and to the next vice president of the United States, Joe Biden, I thank you.

(APPLAUSE)

I am grateful to finish this journey with one of the finest statesmen of our time, a man at ease with everyone from world leaders to the conductors on the Amtrak train he still takes home every night.

To the love of my life, our next first lady, Michelle Obama...

(APPLAUSE)

... and to Malia and Sasha, I love you so much, and I am so proud of you.

(APPLAUSE)

Four years ago, I stood before you and told you my story, of the brief union between a young man from Kenya and a young woman from Kansas who weren't well-off or well-known, but shared a belief that in America their son could achieve whatever he put his mind to.

It is that promise that's always set this country apart, that through hard work and sacrifice each of us can pursue our individual dreams, but still come together as one American family, to ensure that the next generation can pursue their dreams, as well. That's why I stand here tonight. Because for 232 years, at each moment when that promise was in jeopardy, ordinary men and women -- students and soldiers, farmers and teachers, nurses and janitors -- found the courage to keep it alive.

We meet at one of those defining moments, a moment when our nation is at war, our economy is in turmoil, and the American promise has been threatened once more.

Tonight, more Americans are out of work and more are working harder for less. More of you have lost your homes and even more are watching your home values plummet. More of you have cars you can't afford to drive, credit cards, bills you can't afford to pay, and tuition that's beyond your reach.

These challenges are not all of government's making. But the failure to respond is a direct result of a broken politics in Washington and the failed policies of George W. Bush.

(APPLAUSE)

America, we are better than these last eight years. We are a better country than this.

(APPLAUSE)

This country is more decent than one where a woman in Ohio, on the brink of retirement, finds herself one illness away from disaster after a lifetime of hard work.

We're a better country than one where a man in Indiana has to pack up the equipment that he's worked on for 20 years and watch as it's shipped off to China, and then chokes up as he explains how he felt like a failure when he went home to tell his family the news.

We are more compassionate than a government that lets veterans sleep on our streets and families slide into poverty...

(APPLAUSE)

... that sits...

(APPLAUSE)

... that sits on its hands while a major American city drowns before our eyes.

(APPLAUSE)

Tonight, tonight, I say to the people of America, to Democrats and Republicans and independents across this great land: Enough. This moment...

(APPLAUSE)

This moment, this moment, this election is our chance to keep, in the 21st century, the American promise alive.

Because next week, in Minnesota, the same party that brought you two terms of George Bush and Dick Cheney will ask this country for a third.

(AUDIENCE BOOS)

And we are here -- we are here because we love this country too much to let the next four years look just like the last eight.

(APPLAUSE)

The End of the road?

I cannot stop to think the possibilities that would eventually fall upon me , after a period of 4 months.

I cannot but digest the fact that my journey in this temple will soon come to an end > I who entered as a blind devotee with absolute aloofness of nature and life will go out as an enlightened soul.

Rather intriguing is the fact that , there exists an every so delicate bond , with all of those I have formed Acquaintance with. I cannot fail to agree that there we are but mere shadows , which may cross path with other shadows but ultimately our goal is to com to The light.

More recently I have realized that I am but a mere nobody ............. But unfortunate for me I never stop calculating.

My mind is not contented with what it has and what it has to offer. For many I times I have begin quests to seek unknown miseries and horrors only to find that it is but empty and fruitless.

Curtailing my words ,People do not seem to realize me , People think my pretexts are "boring" as the commons put it . Such down a word , such filth. I am but amazed . These words do not strike me at any instance of time . I'd rather call it dreary.

Nevertheless , back to the point. People who but live a life with not a bit understanding of the highest degree of untold eruditions , cannot but remain in an incomprehensible state of my words. To them these are mere words , but to those of us who really do know what we are (like a friend of mine..Sujith), these words are paths, the ultimate truths , although it may seem unintelligible at times. I assure you , that you cannot but stand in amazement at the truths that my words convey.

Texts are not "boring" , it the reader whose mind is so full of the worldly that they cannot but find it boring .

Yes , I blame them who find these words boring. Although I have no achieved the skill yet to compete with my fellow friend Sujith . I can but asuure that his words do convey a meaning so as mine . It is but or us to seek and follow , and find the meaning.

It is ours in the making.

Barrack Obama

What is it about this seemingly normal human who walks amongst us ,that strikes in the mind of people unknown , and untold vogues of favour , love and respect , if you rather , for him. Yes this man has become a demigod. He has risen to such unfathomable prominence in not more time than as we would call a decade.

Not many realized the potentials that a little black boy born to a texan mother could possible own. Noone payed more attention to him than they did to any other black boy , but with a little desire and determination this "black boy" has become the ever so merry to once again create History.

"The first black American President" , "The Youngest president" . There are innumerable Instances upon which this great man has been cause of.

Barrack obama has set the world Ablaze with all his extremely high political knowledge and strategies shrouded under his Good looks . If it were ever so slightly under his control , Obama would be powerful enough to take over the world.

Obama has a very potential feature , which is so binding that we cannot but help be attracted towards his charizma and charm. Obama as we see him is unbelievable endowed with extreme skill.

His command over speech is remarkable and his power over the people is even more strengthening day after day.

Obama has , with all his skiil , absolutely changed the perception of "The sky is the limit".
No ,under Obama... ....."The sky is just the first step".

Obama has revolutionized the entire social structure
has turned around every last mind to higher intelligence and has affected lives on many more innumerable people who go unnoticed in this shrouded shadows of time.

Obama , has brought Politics to life and hopefully the economic crisis thats plaguing us thus far shall be resolved under his Magnificence.
